A photography-based project, producing record cover and poster design for an album by the band Radwimp.
The project showcases the branding and designing of a record cover for a particular musician. The musician chosen in this context is a Japanese band called the Radwimp. The visual theme I wanted for the project was a nostalgic summer aesthetic that has a cool tone. I wanted the project to be a depiction of everyday life, and bring viewers emotions of warmth and nostalgia.
The photography process was heavily focused on capturing a natural moment, where the model and the environment should cohesively present an everyday scene. It should also feel fun and homey to establish a connection with the viewer.
